What is wrong with my chicken? Leg issues

Mareks cannot be treated with Mareks, but B complex can help if there is a riboflavin (B2) deficiency. It also may be helpful with leg injuries. Do you put your oyster shell in a separate container than the feed?

I looked her over good but did not see any injuries. The bottoms of her feet looked ok and she didn't seem to be in pain when I did some range of motion on her leg and felt around.

I have read that some people give Vitamin B for Mareks...is that right?

You can give her some B-Complex, it won't hurt her, but there is no cure if she is suffering from Marek's.
With her age, I would be inclined to think she's got some reproductive problems going on. Cancer, tumors or even egg matter/mass in the abdomen can press upon the nerves causing temporary lameness/paralysis.
You saw worms? Were they round worms?

This is what she is fed, because it has oyster shell in it I do not give supplemental. Also is the nutritional content...I do not see VitaminB...

She has been laying an egg everyday, everything there seems normal.

Yes I saw worms, they were roundworms. I treated her with Wazine, 1 oz/gallon of water for 24 hours only. Then switched her back to fresh water.

She is only a little over a year old. Is that "old" in chicken terms?

My mistake on the age, I saw a 4 and thought 4 yrs:oops:
That said, it's not uncommon for hens that age to have reproductive problems.
