What is wrong with my RIR

Is there something wrong with my 19 week old RIR. Her feathers look different than all the others. Sorry for the stupid question - I am just new at this chicken thing

Ya know, I had one half RIR and one feedstore RIR chick, both of them had feathers kinda like your pictures. It made them look weird, almost greasy all the time. Sadly, the pullet got dog attacked and the cockerel is slotted for freezer camp this week (although I could snap a "before" pic to show his feathers)

If anybody knows why, please let us know!

Well it isn't mites or disease so rest assured. It looks to me like a genetic condition that appears in commercial birds. Sometimes their feather quality isn't great. It isn't fatal or uncomfortable, just a bit "greasy" looking like Tala said.
