This is normal behavior. Your chickens think you are a rooster, all of them, even the hens. Roosters make this decision sooner or later and go through a challenge stage. I punted one for three years before he stopped. When they get older they do stop. I do not allow them to flog me.
Now I make sure none breed any hens in front of me. I pull them off, scold them verbally and disallow such behavior. I also hobble them periodically or tether them for awhile. When I hobble them they can walk and perch and get food/water but they cannot run and grab hens etc. Nor can they attack me. I am finding this is turning out to be a good thing. Plus it keeps the peace between all of the male birds when hobbled.
If hens approach me a squat I talk nice to them and give them a pat or two and they think I am great because I did not rip their heads off. It is ok to let them like you. They will think you are a rooster no matter what, might as well play a long. Weird I know but it keeps the peace.
I make hobbles and tethers out of leather from work gloves. It doesn't hurt them, just slowes 'em down a lot. Cockerels can be very aggressive towards hens when they begin to want to breed.
I love my boys as much as my girls and have a lot of them. A little management goes a long way to keeping the peace.
