What is your favorite BREAKFAST?

I get lots of eggs but we only eat a big breakfast once a week. I want to know what everyone likes as their favorite breakfast and how do you like to eat it. For example mine is:
2 eggs (over medium)
2 slice of bacon
1 piece of toast
Ice cold milk

This is my most favorite breakfast ever and I have to have it the same way everytime. Milk, ice cold. I peel off the top of the eggs and spread the yolk all over the white. Then I dip my toast and bacon in the hardened yolk (just toast or just bacon or bacon/toast sandwich dipped in it) until the yolk is gone. Then I eat the white. Same way, every time.
Sunday breakfast-the one meal I always look forward to.

Hash browns
Eggs over medium (not of that snotty white for me, please)
Whole grain toast
Hot Tea
A nice piece of fruit is we have any

Also LOVE a French Toast Casserole I make on occasion . . .yummy!!!
 
3 eggs, crispy bacon and hashbrowns with onions! Top it off with a mug of hot coffee (cream and sugar, please!) and a tall glass of OJ. OMG!! A great start to the day, or any day for that matter.

Something I'm not supposed to have on my gluten free diet, but do anyways....

A bagel with cream cheese (lox are optional). I don't eat processed foods, but will make an exception for a good bagel.

Nothing healthy about it, in fact it might kill you, but here it is.

1 can Spam cut in 1" cubes,
1 med. onion, chopped
1small bell pepper, chopped
1 stick of butter or margarine
1 cup pace picante sauce
1 can of rotel tomatoes, hot
grated mexican cheese
oil
Fiesta brand Fajita seasoning salt, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste

First get a large skillet and barely cover the bottom with the oil. cook on med. until the oil is good and hot. Add the spam cubes and cook until a little brown. When that is done, remove it
from the skillet and set aside. Add the stick of butter to the skillet. With a spatula scrape the bottom of the skillet, leaving the scrapings in there. Add the onions and bell peppers, saute until about half done. Add the picante sauce and the can of rotel tomatoes (do not drain) add seasonings to taste, add spam back to the skillet. Continue to cook on med. until peppers and onions are done. At this point add the grated mexican cheeses to this mixture until it is a little thick. Then I fry eggs easy over and put on a plate and top with mexican spam.
