I don't recall a hen of any breed carrying on like that except for a rare occasion when something was disturbing them.Good to know- chatty and egg songs I can handle- but not goose like screaming! Are they good layers?

Troyer, please contact me.Cubalaya are heat and cold tolerant, and have pea combs. In the true bred lines the temperament is curious and friendly without much handling. With handling they are almost excessively friendly and underfoot. This is without question my favorite breed and I've had them for 20+ years.
