Here is my bantam wyandotte for you OP!

I didn't mean to buy her, but couldn't resist when I saw her amongst some other breeds I was buying from a breeder. I just love her neat conformation and clean yellow legs. She lays well and goes broody once or twice a year which is fine by me. And very sweet natured.

Best overall breed for me are probably brahmas. Brahmas can be fuel purpose, do well in heat and cold, lay frequently and for me at least have proven to start laying first and stop laying last in the year as well as laying late into their lives. They are attractive birds as well and lay large eggs.

Runner ups for both large and beautiful eggs, and beautiful birds is a three way tie: Marans, Americaunas, and Welsummers.
