What is your favorite meal on a cold night?

I have this chili that I make that is super easy to make, the main reason I like it is because it is so easy. Everyone in the family loves this chili. My stepdaughter tried it once and insisted on having the recipe.
On cold nights we love it.

Soup and quiche. I got a great recipe off this site for a spicy Thai coconut soup. It's my new favorite and has been made for several friends. Spicy soup and a rich cheese, pepper and onion quiche. YUM! We had it last night for dinner after a 6 degree day with winds up to 50 mph.
