What is your most clever coop/run idea?

actually if you click the link just before that picture it will show the inside pic. sorry, im new to this. dont know how I did that.

In my mobile tween coop where I have to use wood chips for litter due to weight, I place a large plastic tub with shallow sides in with a grate or old BBQ grill on top of it then set the fount on that. Any water spillage goes into the tub instead of soaking into the chips plus I have very few chips getting kicked into the fount.

My husband will also tell you that you saved your sanity (specially when the wife comes with many new "good ideas")

I just put a small 'salad bar' in the run today made of scrap 2x10's (it's only about 3'x6'), and I'm planting looseleaf lettuce varieties and spinach for now. But check out this page by BYCer Arianna in NC. It is absolutely amazing! And has more salad bar then a Golden Corral!

It took my 15 ladies little more than 2 weeks to almost totally denude the former 10'X24' dog run of all grass, so once the coop is finished and the temp coop out of the run, I plan to add a lot more 'salad bar'...

Enjoy!

Oh yeah this set up is AMAZING! Like an amusement park!
