I am a falconer and have worked with birds of prey for a while and I would almost 100% guarantee it’s was a hawk or falcon. They pluck the fur or feathers off of their prey! Leave no bite or claw marks and eat in a ripping manner. All the signs are in the photos and your description of how you found the carcass

So sorry for your loss. I lost my favorite duck frostie to an owl. Your duck seems to be killed by something very large. Possibly a bobcat. What predators have you seen in your area?
Bobcat would have ate it all in a secluded place.[/QUOTE
