What kind of chicken is this?

What kind of chicken is this? We adopted her from a chicken swap and I don’t remember the kind. The lady said she’s about 1 1/2. She’s little and does not lay. She looks like a hawk to me.

*she snuck in to the house when I left the garage door open. But she spends all her time outside.

She looks like an Easter egger. Maybe a bantam if she is little.
