Yep we got two ducklings. Very wild ducklings.

Congrats! In the breed review thread, some people did mention that they can be skittish. If you like duck eggs, though, you got a great breed!

I have never had KCs, but from what I've read, they can fly really well.

One of my five could fly more than six inches off the ground. I clipped her wings when she was young and she hasn’t flown since (3 years old).
The more time you spend with them and the more treats (peas, mealworms, leaf lettuce, etc.) you give them, the calmer they will be. My female who had her wings clipped is much calmer than my Welsh Harlequin, a supposed “calm” breed.

Nope! Khaki Campbells are domestic ducks and too heavy to fly. They will be able to flap over a low fence but they won't fly away.
