what kind of pigeons are these?

I'm thinking, almost 100%, that they're Satinettes or Classic Old Frills, two very similar breeds, I think color and beak length may be the only difference, really. Check those out, they're probably it. Or crosses with what I mentioned and x breed.
 
Alright here, I freshened up: They are (probably) Oriental Frills, but OFs define a group with different individual 'styles' within. So, you have "Old Style Oriental Frills", AKA "Classic Old Frills". Rather than just plain Oriental Frills which have almost no beak. Satinetts (and Blondinettes) are simply color varieties.
 
they are classic oreintal frills only difference they have a beak andd can feed there young to better under stand these are what oreintal frills looked liked when they started out same breed just different diretions taken in breeding
