What kind of predator does this ?

I've had 2 chickens killed and eaten both are small ones and 2 that have been injured both small ones I'm gonna set out more poison tonight but I think the latest injury was at night the chick was sleeping on the ground
Anything in mind I'm going to separate her looks like she can barely walk

clip away all touching feathers to the wound careful to not cut pin feathers and wash with iodine and but on some Neosporin no pain relief kind

electrolytes in water and feed her chick feed

if she wont eat feed coax with some scrambled eggs or yogurt

I've vmcleaned it and she eats and everything idc brought her inside and she's laying down ...whatever it is it seems to have a hard time trying to.kill them or something but it doesn't look like a bite it looks more like she got a nail or something there is 1 nail poking out in there

Think maybe mice or something there was a raccoon or fox that killed the first one but the poison tool care of that now this seems like maybe a cat or another very young raccoon

could be but I'm guessing rats cause she was on the ground

I caught it eating the poison sure enough it's an opossum I just killed a small female at my aunt's house 3 quarters of a mile away and this one is the exact same size and ran right up the tree and just sat there just like the other one . but it should be dead tomorrow anyway thank God. this time of year is always the time my chickens get attacked never happened not once in the summer but I'm more experienced now and I'm also building a new pen right now to.have more they won't win this year
