What kind of roo

If he has significant Yokohama influence I would expect to see a longer tail and no black flecks. Yokohama chickens do not come in any variety that would lead to black flecks.
Neither do Leghorns, but this is a mix, and we're only taking stabs in the dark trying to guess with mixed breeds. His tail looks pretty long and full to me for a mix, it's just carried higher than a purebred Yokohama or splash Sumatra would. He could easily be an Andalusian mix, too.

Leghorns come in black, black mottled, exchequer, and basically everything under the sun.
 
His tail is average for a Leghorn rooster. I don't see any longtail influence.

Idk of any blue leghorns in the US besides the ones I'm working on. I looked for years and couldn't find any that carried blue.

There's quite a few varieties and some projects but outside of my backyard you'd probably be limited to around a dozen or so colors/patterns. IDK for sure.
