Ok so im out at 6:30 this morning trying to get a better pic and right when my phone camera flashed this **** rooster jumps up 4 feet and scratches me and peck at my face and jumped over me lmao .... im here to say whatever he is he's mean

X2 on that. The tail is definitely not an RIR tail.

It's definitely a game rooster's tail. The rest of his coloring is common with game roosters as well.

Game roosters are frequently aggressive, They are not the breed for someone wanting docile chickens. It's why game roosters are used for cockfighting.
