What kind of turkey?

Does anyone know what breed of turkey this is?

Not much experience with turkeys, but it might be a Royal Palm. Where did you find/get it?

It most likely has b, cg, n color genes and is probably one of those color varieties that don't have reference photos such as Bronze Semi-Color Semi-Gray or Semi-Color Semi-Gray Narragansett or something similar.

It definitely is not a Royal Palm.

You are exactly right. All Turkeys are the same exact species or breed.

There are different "varieties" that have been achieved through selective breeding for specific traits, but all the same exact species.

That is the way I understand it anyway.

I will also add that the only difference, in my opinion, from a "wild turkey" or a "domestic" or "heritage" turkey, other than being bred for specific traits, is the environment in which they have been raised and the person or mother that they have imprinted to and have been taught by.

Wild turkeys are a bit bigger than domesticated turkeys. I had a big old Tom coming around to have a look at mine, he's a big boy, so there's a difference.

I am going to say possibly a Narragansett which looks similar to a Royal Palm but not quite , I have had both and that's my vote.
