What kind of Vitamins should I give a Scissor Beak?

Or a flock raiser, all flock, or grower feed in the 18-20% protein range, with oyster shell and/or egg shell added. Make that into a mash. Many birds with scissor beak do well with a bit of help, but in some cases they just are not able to take in enough. Tube feeding could help put some weight on her, but if she can't take in enough on her own then you would be needing to do that for the rest of her life. That's a pretty big committment of time.

x2. Tube feeding forever isn't a good prospect, unpleasant for her and for you.

Didn't know there was a better food alternative I could be giving her! And yes, I'm going off to college in the fall, and I know my mother will not be able to tube feed her.

Here is a picture of her beak. She is a messy eater!
