@dawg53 and @Eggcessive I'm sure with give their opinions, but it looks like she has Canker. Treatment is with Metronidazole as per Dawg's Post.

I can treat her separately but what about everyone else? I have 4 waterers going and they all drink out of them. I recently put ACV in the 3 plastic ones.
Would copper sulfate be good to add to water to protect the others? My biggest concern is the 2 week olds.
I can’t imagine how she got it. They are in a run that only sparrow sized or smaller birds could get into.
Should no birds leave the property now? The plan was for at least some of the chicks to go to a new home.

Yeah, I’d rather have delt with worms.

I would separate her so she isn't sharing water.
I would also clean out the water stations.
Acidified Copper Sulfate can be used to help prevent the others from getting it. Are the 2wk olds sharing the same water containers?

You can order the Acidified Copper Sulfate online https://www.jefferspet.com/products/acidified-copper-sulfate-1
Dosage is 1/8teaspoon per gallon of drinking water given for 3 days in a row once a month-this will help control outbreaks.

If you have a way to separate her in the coop with her own food/water, that would be fine. It's mostly transmitted through shared feed/water, but can also be passed along during mating.

Yeah, I absolutely agree with you, I'd rather deal with worms. Well, at least you know what was causing the mucus.
Wyorp Rock gave you excellent advice. Be careful with the copper sulfate and dont overdose. More is NOT better with copper sulfate, too much and it will burn them internally. I'd keep the hen separated from the others, she'll be a carrier for life and it is spread via feeders and waterers to other birds.
If the hen has been eating and drinking with your other birds from the same feeder and waterer, I'd treat those birds too.
If other birds are separated and havnt used the same feeder and waterer, I see no need to treat them, but I'd definitely keep an eye on them, maybe pick one up every now and then and inspect inside the mouth for telltale lesions and watch for symptoms you know all too well.

I used q tips at first not realizing how stuck it was. But when I saw how small the opening to her esophagus was I new I had to get that clear. (I tried to get pictures in her mouth. But I was doing this alone, on the kitchen floor, with a flash light in my mouth.) I could feel the lump in her throat and if I massaged it she would cough. Mostly because I was irritating her throat. I then used long tweezers with grip ends (medical pick ups) to grab chunks of gunk.
