Doesn’t the powder also contain 75 mg of praziquantel in each dose as well ?

I’m assuming your girl is +/- 5 pounds. One dose of that exceeds a tape worming dose. Which is repeated once in 10-14 days.

I’m wondering if there’s any harm in this.

Got pictures tonight of in her mouth. There is almost nothing outside her glottis. It seems to have quite a bit still in it. She coughed more up after I massaged it a bit. The last picture shows a little yellow smudge on the edge of her beak. It wiped right off.

Looking for opinions on diagnosis. I realize canker is the obvious. So I’ll give my reasons for questioning that.

She’s the only one showing any signs.
She only has the gunk in her glottis and a few specks right outside it.
There are no other symptoms. She doesn’t have swelling or bubbling eyes. She coughs but more as a reaction to what’s stuck in her throat. The same with her breathing. It’s the after effect of her glottis being plugged.

I’ve delt with this and I’m trying to do my research as I go. Just throwing ideas out. Feel free to comment and or suggest. (I’m hoping not to be proven wrong but if that’s the case then prove me wrong.)

No I’m glad someone remembered!

I did call Jeffers and put a rush on it. Ordered 500mg fish zole (they are out of 250mg) got the copper sulfate too.

I added a candle to the order and that made shipping cheaper. It should be here in the next day or two. I’ll keep treating her like I have been. It at least seems to be slowing it down.

Yeah, that's a lot of praziquantel.

Hopefully, the medicine will get there soon. Fungus, protozoa (as in canker,) bacteria, and viruses can all cause yellow/white plaques inside the beak, throat, trachea, crop, and elsewhere. Glad you are receiving a lot of good help from experienced people.

If she were mine I would treat for canker *and* a bacterial infection. For a possible bacterial infection I would use Baytril @4.54 mg per pound twice a day.

Wanted to update:
She's improving! Meds still haven't arrived so she's been getting ACV and a wet feed with a little garlic. I've swabbed chunks from her throat as I can get them. (Not her favorite part) But I don't see more forming.

This was after a snack and ACV. That's what that bit of foam is...
