I am going to guess rouen, they don't really have a muscovy bill.
You can give them swim water just about any time really. But, make sure they are not in it long as they won't have oils come from a duck momma to help keep them dry in the water.
Then when they are done, dry them off or put them under a heat lamp. But, not sure if you have one set up since you have the chicken momma.
You can increase the time they are in the older they get. But, make sure it is shallow at first and that any chickens can get out if they happen to get in.
