What made you happy today?

Trying to figure out what's been making me happy lately. Not much going on lately

Went to the family farm today for a baby shower, got to see cousins and other family I haven't seen in a few years. Found out the family farm now has over 300 head of cattle, 75 of those are pregnant! They milk about 110 head. And they just recently had a calf, a red holstein

Well, until now. It made me very happy saying that

Being able to sit outside without being either frozen or blown away by wind, at 7:30 pm, with 2 chickens snoozing on my lap made me happy today!

Primarily dairy. They help supply Land O Lakes. They do get beef if one had an accident. Last year, they had three cows that slid and did the splits. We are still eating the ground beef

I guess today I was able to complete one of the harder parts of my piano song, "Epilogue" (from the movie La La Land). Yesterday I facetimed my best friend, and we goofed off and did facetime photoshoots. We taped our phones to the ceiling and danced around. Got some good laughs! Today I also read thru @riss 's Rescue thread, and it made me so happy to see the dogs and cats getting adopted.
