Hubby finished the roof valley restoration project! That and cleaning the chimney were the two "must happen this fall!" projects that we were both dreading.
While cleaning the chimney is a yearly project, if the roof valley lasts as long now as it has since he put on the roof, next time it will be SEP.

Kid number 3 just got 1st overall in his age group at a golf tourney. He's elated, and I'm over the moon for him.
