Made chili and @azurbanclucker's cocoa apple cake. Played a new game called Winter Burrow. My leg is slowly getting better.

It reminds me a bit of a sweetened zucchini bread. I think it’s fantastic (husband loves it too). Definitely a keeper recipe, so thanks for sharing it!

Play with the spices. cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice in different ratios will make it a different flavor. More or less cocoa will change the chocolate hit as well.

I'll try making it again as a Thanksgiving dessert. I can see how it has a lot of flexibility!

See, I think you need to practice 15-20 times before then and get your favorite variation locked in.

I've been up too long and read that as 'cocoa apple chili' and my first thought was you can keep all that to yourself followed by I thought azure could actually cook.

I've never had a mole with beans personally. White beans might be good.
