What makes a partridge Silkie?

Happy Season everyone! I hope you are all doing well. This little Silkie hatched yesterday, December 24. I have questions. How common is it to get partridge offspring like this from a white rooster and a blue hen? The parents were both obtained from Cackle Hatchery as day olds. Was not expecting partridge offspring but then I really don’t know what genetics create a partridge. If wanted to breed for partridge, how would that be done? How odd! Partridge is its own distinct color variety-- neither blue or white have anything to do with it. So there must have been some unexpressed genes in the parents to get a chick that color. It is not true partridge genetically, and who knows what the color will be like as it gets older, but it's a pretty cool looking chick. Is there any chance that another rooster snuck in and mated with the hen?

There’s zero chance of any other rooster being the father. Unless there are ultra sneaky, long distance traveling roosters popping in and out unnoticed of course. Alien implants, abductions, or other interferences can’t be completely ruled out either...The white Silkie rooster is the only rooster in the flock. Very excited to see how the chick grows up.
