Mine was designed by and built (mostly) by a woman - me! So it is deficient in right angles and is far from perfect, but guess what my 2 hens love it!!!!

We have almost completed our green roof chicken coop, which thanks to my hubs ocd will far outlast our home. its awesome and will house our 4 golden sex link chicks, Daizy, Rose, Iris and Petunia. We are 39 years into our marriage, parents to 8 grown children and 19 amazing grandchildren

Its a hog house

One side has been closed off for the chickens. The other side holds the feed & supplies. I can store my wheelbarrow in the building and easily wheel it inside the chicken pens and back out the alleyway. I dont have pictures of nesting boxes. DH took a large wooden crate and divided it into six sections and hung on the far end wall. The roosts are 2x4s and 2x6s that run crossways.
