What meat bird for big legs and thighs?

I make my own cat and dog food and am curious what birds would be the best to raise for legs and thighs.

For gross meat from thighs and legs, for the most economical cost, you'd want to go with the standard cornish x. There are some lighter growing birds out there but a chunkier faster growing bird will net you more than if you tried to raise a bunch of "dual" or "heavies" from layers, even though their white/dark meat ratio is smaller.
