I really need some help. My hen is around 15 weeks old now, I got her about 2 weeks ago. She's been very healthy up until around three days ago where she's been standing in the corner all poofed up if that makes sense, she keeps dozing off, barely walks and looks like she's cold but its very unlikely that she is.shes also got yellow skin around her eyes (I'm certain it wasn't yellow before)

I've got another chicken (got both of them together) and she's just hyperactive … but very healthy. I mainly feed them oats, grains mixed with some coconut oil. this is my hens poo, she's been pooing only this for three days now. Please if someone could help me figure out the problem because I'm very worried about her.. thank you

Welcome to BYC.
Do you not feed a complete chicken feed?

I would start with Corid. She may have Coccidiosis.

I would agree that she may have coccidiosis, an intestinal infection common in young chickens, and ones new to your soil. Corid (amprollium) from most feed stores is given at a dosage of 1.5 tsp of the powder, or 2 tsp of the liquid per gallon of water for 7 days. It is safe for the other chicken to drink. Common symptoms are diarrhea, sometimes with mucus or blood, puffed up or hunched appearance, not eating, and sleepy appearance. Here is some reading for you:

Thank you so much. I ordered some harkers coxoid and gave it to her as soon as it arrived (few hours ago) she's already looking better. I was so worried it might not arrive in time but it did, I wouldn't have known it's coccidiosis so thank you guys :)
