I would not think silky or faverolle...I have read that the five toe gene is dominant...

i think if they were silkie mixed they would have black skin, five toes, and at least a few feathers down his legs as well. with the bird and all i would guess an ee x with some crested breed.
the little girl looks like she has some traits of a silkie with the blue ear lobs, crest, and the tail (looks like a brahama or cochrin tail as well). she has the nice feathered legs that she could have gotten from both silkie and cochrins. i would go with a silkie/cochrin mix on her. (how many toes does she have?)

The second one is most likey a silkie/cochin cross
she has blue ear lopes

gold duckwing is a color not breed, many breeds have the same colors in them
