This is a tree in our new yard. What kind is it?

It looks a bit like a citrus that hasn't been looked after. Is it scented @ all?

Yes, it smells sweet but didn’t smell like any particular fruit.

The flower looks like my Murraya ~ related to the citrus family & with a strong, heady, very sweet scent. Unmistakable once you know what it is. Sometimes known as Mock Orange. I've no idea if that would grow where you are.

Looks like one that grew all over Berkeley when I was a student. Smells like orange blossoms but gives no fruit.
