Hi all
I've been over to a friends house and their two ISA Brown hens look like this:

I've been keeping chickens for a few years and been through moulting and a not-too-bad infestation of mites but mine have never been like this. There are bald patches with red looking skin (no blood), and there are no healthy looking feathers on the chickens- what remains are all broken off and stumpy looking. I haven't had the chance to have a look for mites/lice or get a better pic but they have looked like this for a long time and I thought it was time it got sorted out for the poor things. They are in a pen with 2 black Langshan hens who are in a lot better condition- one is completely fine, which makes me think harassment? What do you think?
