coolies, thanks for your help. I don't know much about rabbits but im guessing a buck is a male?? I thinkls I want a male too!

thanks again!

I have rabbits for pets. First two were generic does baby bunnies. They were from the same litter. Within a few months one was mounting and biting the other, both were digging tunnels and both were growling, scratching and biting. I re-homed them and ended up with two bucks as babies (not same litter or parents. One a mini Rex/NZB mix and the other mini Rex). They never had negative behavior. I did have them both neutered. They are sweet and I have never seen any bad behavior with a human or with each other. They live in the same hutch.

OK I need advice... My rabbit who had surprise babies 5 weeks ago had her 2nd litter last night (6 of them).. My male was with her when she had her surprise litter and yeah again surprise..Should I remove the older ones from cage so she cares for the new babies? The new ones looked feed this morning so I think she is feeding them.

Yes the first litter should be weaned if she has a new litter. I'd remove the buck too. If you keep him in his own space you will have less surprise litters.

The 5 week olds should be fine; they can get all their nutrition from pellets at that point.

My first litter, I kept the babies in too long, and one impregnated the mom - so be sure to remove the boys by 3 mo or so! That's well within the safe zone to avoid more surprise litters.

Angel, do you have a chart for fresh eggs. I accidentally mixed up my eggs and need to test them. Thanks.
