I have 3 Rabbits. 2 New Zealand Giants weighing in at about 6 and 7 kilos and 1 dwarf cross new zealand.










This one is Chops. My Fave!!! Cheekiest by far.




This on is Sock. The agro one. He beat up his brother Chops. 300 dollar surgery later and he's as good as new. Also both are now desexed and happily living together.




Last but not least. The third brother, Nugget. He passed away last year... R.I.P Nugget... <3





And here is little unrelated peanut. My only little girl. Cute as a Button.

I've never tired to let mine swim, but my NZ has a human like personality. They aren't the friendliest rabbit breed, but their personalities are hilarious!

I don't think I've posted on here since the thread first started! I'm new with rabbits and have already had several. We had horrible luck over the summer, lost 2, then I bought 2 satins from a lady at the fair and I think they must have contracted something there because although they looked very healthy when I got them, they slowly deteriorated in condition and both passed away after less than a month. I still have my palomino, but we have since discovered he is a buck instead of a doe! No matter, he is my favorite one, very sweet and always comes up to the cage door so you will pet him

I have 3 does I purchased about a month ago, and as of today all of them have been bred to Bud, my Palomino. Big Momma is a NZ White, Sweet Pea is a black and white Satin/Cali cross, and Gamble is a NZ red. I'll post pics tomorrow! Everyone has cute bunnies!

Hahah! Yeah the can be a little bit weird sometimes. My black one is a bit skittish... But the white one is probably the friendliest rabbti you could ever meet. lol. I take him to the markets with me and let him walk around there an people always ask to hold him and cuddle him and take photos with him and blah blah. It really annoys me when people don't know how to handle rabbits... and don't support their backs especially with a rabbit as large as a NZ... ughh.. Anyway this woman ran up ti him grabbed him under the arms and swung him up onto her chest and let his legs dangle and I was really mad. She could have broken his back... But chops THANKFULLY doesn't mind being manhandled haha. He din't flip out of anything. Just dozed off in her arms... Weird right?
