What setup do I need for button quail?

I use critter cages designed for guinea pigs and rabbits. They work great for me. I used crushed corn cob as a substrate. It isn't dusty and it keeps the odor down better than anything else I've tried. I also keep their waterer on a brick. It helps keep them from pooping in and scratching the bedding into the water.
