What sex and breed do you think this goose is?

Hi! I'm from New Zealand and a wild bird enthusiast. My partner and I have been regularly feeding this very cute goose when we go on walks and we are unsure what its sex would be/its breed. It's definitely an adult as it's hung around the area for about 4 years now.

We assumed it was a male but after investigating myself I'm now unsure! Some help would be great

I think she's a crossbreed of some sort, from at least one domestic parent, likely two. I understand that Canada geese have been introduced to NZ, but she doesn't look like one, or a Cape Barren goose either. Additionally, wild geese usually aren't spotted, or nearly so short in the neck.

Male geese usually have comparatively long necks. There's nothing to compare her too, but her neck looks pretty short (at least in your pictures), so I am guessing female. She looks a bit like a Pomeranian.

Thank you so much! She does look like a farm goose that’s been dumped unfortunately so I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s a cross!
