1st picture, the one black chicken with the brown brest might be a rooster, I think I see comb development, it is hard to tell though.

No, most likely not. There is usually a dominant roo, and he is the one that breeds the hens. But there will be some fighting to see who is where in the pecking order. Sometimes ou will get a couple that will try to fight to the death, so you just keep an eye out. It is important to have around 10 hens to a rooster, or they will get over bred and scratched up. But if the top rooster keeps the others in line, there won't be a problem, so you will have to sit and see, and decide.If there are more roosters than hens will they kill each other?
