What sex is my 7 week old Ameraucana?

About 9 weeks and I think it’s a blue Orpington. I got a rare breed pullet mix from Meyers so I’m not 100%. I’m pretty sure it’s a roo but my neighbor is adamant that it might turn out to be a pullet.

That's a cockeral. Could be a blue andalusian with that comb size. You will have to wait to see if it develops red or white earlobes.
