What sex is my SBOE bantum?

My daughter picked out little Maddie, but I'' wondering is she is actually a boy. She is about 3 weeks old. I know it's still early, but I noticed red lines under her chin and her comb is changing. I can't find a ton so far on SBOE online. Thank you!
