What should I do first?

New to chickens, I have a variety of adult hens I brought from a private breeder and some from an animal auction. Ive had them all for about 2 weeks, been given 26 eggs! But I want to make sure they stay healthy, what medications should I give them? Do they need to be de-wormed? I have no idea what immunizations they where given as chicks. Thanks for any help you may offer

you can worm them with wazine and ivermectin. use the wazine first in their water, 2oz to one gallon. after 2 weeks give them topical ivermectin. this ensures all the worms die. you cannot eat their eggs while they are being wormed and for a couple of weeks afterwards but you should worm them all at once to avoid them getting recontaminated

My preference is to worm in the middle of December. With less light production goes down and you don't have to as as many eggs.
