What should I do?

I can't see pictures or video on this iPad, but could it be wry neck? And is this a crested duckling? If it's wry neck you could try some vitamin b and vitamin e.
X2 - Most discount stores (like WalMart & pharmacies) carry liquid Vitamin E capsules and Selenium tablets. Those are the standard treatment for wry neck. dissolve them in the duckling's water. Make sure you drip some, preferably with electrolytes (sugar or Pedialyte) along the side of duckling's beak. If it's wry neck, you should see some improvement within the first day or so. If you do, keep it up for at least a week after the symptoms disappear.

I didn't mention selenium because it's toxic if too much is given.
I gave my peeps - about a week old - a crushed 1/4 tablet of Selenium and one standard Vitamin E capsule dissolved in about one liquid ounce of Pedialyte. I dribbled a drop or two of the dilute into each beak a couple of times a day, and added the remainder of the eyedropper into their water dish. They didn't get much, but apparently it was enough to pull one of the four through. He's now almost a year old and as healthy as a horse. Herman, the House Rooster!

Okay, just saw the video and was wondering if a vet is an option. If it were mine I would give it a vitamin b injection, a whole vitamin e capsule, and an antibiotic in case it was some type of bacterial infection. Given the video, I don't think this duckling can drink and eat enough so it will probably die from dehydration and/or starvation unless you can start tube feeding, which is somewhat contraindicated because it can't hold it's head up.

It is about 3 weeks...heading for 4...but will stay with 3 just to be safe...I have nothing toxic that they can get in...the others are outside with mother and doing well...this 1 I took because of the problem. Thank you all for your help...I am on my way to tsc now...keep the suggestion coming...will check again when I am there...Walmart is close to tsc also...again thank you
