What should i do?

I got a small pullet from my neighbor.!! She is very young. I now kept her in a cage .. My question was i free range ny chickens they have no boundries..! They come back at night. What should i do that this pullet get along with my other chickens and dont go back to the neighbor farm?

Shld i put one of my same aged pullet with her in cage? So that she can get along with her

Where do your chickens sleep at night? Do you have a coop you secure them in our do they roost in trees?

If your chickens return to a coop at night to roost I would keep the new one confined to the coop where you want her to sleep for a few days. If she is by herself that is fine it will give her time to explore and get familiar with the new home with out being harassed.

Yes i made my store room my chicken coop. Chickens roost there every day and go to lay egg there. As you ppl suggested i shifted her cage in coop. Thankz for your replies!
Shld i put another pullet to acompany her? They are small they wont peck at her!

I would let her just settle in by herself for now. The other chickens will get to know her soon enough. Good luck!
