What should the temp be on a heat lamp.

I recall Storey's Guide to Raising Ducks recommending 90F the first week, dropping 5 degrees each week.

And watching closely to see if the ducklings are too warm or cool and adjusting accordingly. I liked having a little round thermometer in the brooder, under the heat units so I could monitor it.

Something that made sense after I thought about it was that, with dry bedding the brooder would be 10 degrees warmer than once the bedding got wet.

Okay my ducks are past the heating lamp I am making a book for the spring so I KNOW everything for my little baby ducks! :)
