I love menudo. My mother and grandmother used to make it all the time. Its made with the lining of the cow's stomach, aka tripe. Other than that I have eaten alligator, escargot, and burritos made with the cheek meat of a cows face. Super tender.

Alligator and turtle soup that the restaurant owner showed us before he killed them. I've also eaten a few bugs that decide to fly down my throat when I talk.

When I was a kid my mom used to bring me to a small Chinese restaurant in NYC East Village. It was a running gag (no pun intended) that they would bring out weird things for me to try and I would eat them all. Man! We eat some WEIRD stuff over in the motherland.

I have also eaten rattlesnake in Venezuela and an iguana tamale in Mexico. I thought rattlesnake tasted like chicken wit the texture of fish. Iguana, just weird. Too many bones or gristle.

Hmm let's see, I don't think any of these are too "off the charts" but I've had escargot many times as well as eel (as a child) elk, calamari & duck.

My Italian grandfather used to trap and eat squirrels from his backyard (in the 70s). He also used to hunt deer and skin/dress them in the basement. As kids we used to be terrified to go down there to see all those deer hanging up

He also used to make his own wine but that's not "off the charts"

when I was young I ate play doeh (very salty) and crayons in hig school chalk actually (this is tums basically I hear tell) Dog treats of the natrual like from petsmart backeries the that are molassas and peanut butter they are very good, pet smart there are these round containers with cookies in them which have carob or a white yogurt stuff on one end these are good to, I read of what is in them and if I don't like them my dog will not either. Most things Biscuits that are made are made not to harm you because small kids may eat them I don't know about canned dog food I have not did any of this yet but some of the dog food is very much like people food and I have heard of people mixing mighty dog and hamburger together this was long ago oldest trying to make more of what they had ( just dreadful of how some have to live)

I have consumes shushi and shimi calimari octipus had a chance to have duck falopian tubes pig uterus jelly fish but by the time I got up the nerve they didn't have it any more we went to DIM SUM this is where they have carts and drive them around and you pay al la cart for the stuff. A lot of unsual stuff. I regret not having it now.

Deer squirrel rabbit DOMAESTIC/WILD, phesant, Dove, Clam raw otster raw clam crab/snow king not raw of course, chicken beef pig shrimp all sorts of fish ocean and freash water, crayfiish (crawdads here, takes way too much time for a meal and way too many to make a meal) duck. can't think of any more

I am open to try anything now at least ONCE.
