@WannaBeHillBilly great to have you back. Our ducks are adapting to their new home. Our Pekin is the ambassador. She pecks the dogs on the nose when they poke through the pen fence.

They're pretty funny. Mine drill holes in the ground and get grubs. They also like eating wasps, which I love because I don't like them.I wouldn't call them jerks! - Just very inventive and curious. You can use their curiosity to make them help you in the garden: I dig over the veggie bed and the ducks follow behind me, searching for anything interesting (edible!), till and fertilize the ground… - I was laughing my butt of this weekend. - 24 ducks waiting for me to drive in the spade and turn over a new spec of ground…
Theyre definitely different than chickens. We slid it down the slats of our pallet coop, I'm not sure if you've ever seen it. The chickens never touched it, they knew how hard we worked on it... They watched us the whole timeDefinitely if using insulation material it's got to be covered by plywood..![]()
Like they hired us as contractors and they were checking out work as we did it.
My Pekins were ratting her out and didn't have anything to do with the insulation, I guess I should just call her a jerk.
