So all feed should be in robust bins with secure lids so that nothing can get in or through to get to the feed. I find a feeder with a timer the best option as in between feed times (which the girls learn pronto) there's nothing lying around for predators. The cleaner everything is the less likely you are to get mice, rats bugs etc..
