What the heck happened here?

My 10 month old Ameraucana hen has been laying just fine and today she just randomly pooped this out while grazing in the front yard! Any ideas? Just an undeveloped egg?

looks like an underdevelped egg, they happen sometimes randomly but sometimes they never happen at all! good luck with your chickens!

It's a shell less egg. That's what I just found out.

Sometimes chickens may lay shell-less or odd shaped eggs when they are young and just starting to lay. That is because their bodies are just getting used to laying and are getting into the routine of laying eggs.
