Well it has been a crazy month. First i had an abnormal mammogram, and when they did the biopsy, they put a marker in there! So i figured it must be cancer, why else stick a foreign body there? I have had a biopsy before that and they didn't do that. Any way, it came back benign so that was such a relief.
Then i decided it was time to get checked for skin lesions. The dermatologist burned off a bunch of benign lesions, but he wanted to do a biopsy of a spot on my face. Ok, so a week later i get a call from him that it is cancer! But a slow growing type, so no biggy. I am going Monday morning for Mohs surgery.
Plus i came home from a long day out one evening and found one of my baby bunnies dead. It was the runt and had always been tiny. About broke my heart! Then i had a used bator i bought hit 133° when it was full of guinea eggs. So sad!
But other than that, great! Garden growing, chickens and guineas laying, bunnies having babies. And hubby discussed getting an elephant!

I feel you in the bator. My bator got unplugged the night before last with 111 quail eggs in it and we were in the low 60s here that night and it is out in the coop. So I'm sure I lost all those!
So jealous of your garden, I can't wait until we start to get ours up and going.. just gotta make sure the bears can't get in.. lost of electricity!!

Yeah, we were climbing the steep side of the propery and i said we should put in a chair lift. Hubby said we should just get an elephant like tarzan to make and elevator work. I said, well they eat a lot! He said, we will just free range it onto the uninhabited land on the closest 2 properties. I really think we shpuld get 2 , so they have company. They should be great at moving logs around here!
