What the heck was tractor supply selling?

The one with a lot of white has very pink feet bottoms.
The darker chick has greyish/yellow feet. I'll post a pic of that one
The darker chick is likely a JG. The yellow feet are the giveaway. You'll probably love this breed! My hen is huge, docile and very receptive to attention. She also lays massive brown eggs (bigger than the ones from the grocery store!) If I had more space, I'd have a whole flock of 'em! The other one looks like a 'Lorp ... but with TSC (or any other bulk feed store,) you'll know better in a couple of months, right? :idunno

I'm excited to hear that. My husband says if I ever got my dream hobby farm we'd be the subject of much speculation. I think black animals are so striking and would have nothing but:lol:

Haven’t you seen Craigslist come June-August with all the free roosters. Most listings say. “My She turned into a he”. Geeezzzz I wonder where they got the chicks.🤣🤣
Look on the bright side Craigslist is free to post.

Hell, even professional breeders miss up sometimes. I bought three araucana from Ann Charles of Blue Sky; one of the best breeders of araucana in the US. Of the three, I bought one cockerel, one pullet and one straight run. All three turned out to be cockerels. She gave me some money back for the pullet that turned out to be a cockerel, but now I have too many.
Blue cuckoo rumpless and tufted!
