what thermometer/hygrometer do I need??

where can I buy a reliable one at? I would like one that you can adjust/calibrate seems I saw one like that somewhere also how do you check them for accuracy? the thermometer and hygrometer can be 2 seperate units if that is better

I'm wanting to know the same thing. I'm in the middle of a hatch with humidity problems and don't want these issues next time. I saw one on a website recently, but can't remember where. I'll post if I run accros it again.
