What to do? Egg yolk in poop

Walked outside just now to find this...egg yolk on my back porch. My chickens are just starting to lay, none of them are acting unusual. I'm now concerned about Peritonitis, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure that's egg white and egg yolk.
Just keep an eye on them.
