What to do for a chick with wry neck? Help!

B1 is Thiamine.
Selenium is Selenium.

Selenium can help with the uptake of E. The feed should have a small amount already.
A bit of egg can be given as well if you can get it down her.
I would not suggest giving her Selenium directly, she's tiny and the dose for an adult is tiny, so best to just get it into her with food.
Ok! We are working on getting the E and B1. We’ve been giving her water and liquid food. We went ahead and separated her. This is what the setup looks like now.

Update:

We got her the vitamins yesterday and mixed it in with some food and made a paste. When I finally got home, I was able to give her some extra attention and give her some of the paste through a syringe (it was solid enough so that she would not aspirate, I used it just so I could push some into the back of her mouth). She put up a big fuss and was really difficult to feed, but by the end I felt some food in her crop so I know she ate something. She was also able to drink while I was holding the water up to her. I put her back in the box for the night.

This morning, I took her out of the box and set her in the brooder, and she went to the water and drank all by herself! She even went over to the food and picked at it a bit. She seems to sometimes have a few episodes but she recovers and is able to get back up and walk around again! She is back with the other chicks now because they aren't picking on her anymore and she is even standing up for herself and pecking back at the other chicks. We will still be feeding her the food with the vitamins but we will try to get her to take it without the syringe.

Her vent looks kind of weird, like it kind of sticks out. I can't tell if it's malformed or swollen or what. Here it is before and after I wiped it off. She is still able to poop so she doesn't seem constipated??

I would make the food a bit more wet than a paste, see if she can eat it on her own.
Work on hydration and getting the vitamins into her.

Vitamin Dosing is 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily.

The vent is pasting over, she needs hydration. Clean the vent gently with a bit of warm running water. Dry her very well, use a hair dryer to get the fluff dry if needed.
Apply a dab of triple antibiotic ointment, Bacitracin or coconut oil on the vent tissue to help heal and keep the poop from sticking so much.

Make sure she's not overheating. What's the brooder temp on the warm side and on the cold side? Food and water should be on the cool side of the brooder. The whole brooder does not need to be hot or extremely warm. Only one place in the brooder needs to be warm.

Work on hydrating the chick, then see if she will eat a bit of wet soupy feed.
I'd get some Vitamin E and B-Complex.
Start the chick on 400IU E and 1/4 B-Complex daily.

I raised up the heat lamp and put some Vaseline on her vent.

The hottest area in the brooder is at 90F now and they seem a bit cooler now. I think the coolest part of the brooder is about 82F

She moves around pretty normally now and eats and drinks normally too. I will still be seperatimg her daily to give her the vitamins in pasty food form. The only difference between her and the other chicks now is that she doesn’t want to jump out of my hand, lol!

Here they are, I put a huge mark on her head so I could tell them apart.

So I’m not sure if it’s appropriate to wake up an old thread like this (please tell me if there’s a better way I can do something like this in the future) but…
Here’s a chickie update!

My wry chick is no longer wry and is mostly a normal chick. I stopped giving her vitamins about maybe a week after she could eat and drink on her own because it was becoming difficult to get her to eat all of it. She has had no relapses which leads me to believe it was some sort of stress or head injury rather than a deficiency.
Her only difference from the other chicks is that she is slightly smaller and seems to have somewhat of a misshapen vent, (it’s fully closed but sticks out a bit, unlike the other chicks) which seems to have no effect on her.
Anyways, thanks to y’all’s help, I think it’s safe to say she’s better now! Here are some pictures of her. I think she’s going to be dark blue colored. (The mark on her head is for I.D)
